A family had been told by a hospital mortuary technician that they wouldn’t be able to have a viewing of their husband and father because they believed his injuries too severe to be reconstructed. However once at the funeral home Raelene set to work, a task that took hours longer than usual. In understanding the family’s disappointment, she rose to the challenge and succeeded in creating a very special viewing for this family, surprised and grateful they were able to say their goodbyes to the husband and father they loved.
