The favourite aspect of Sharyn’s job is coming to work each day. “I love the job of course, but I also love the family that is my work colleagues. The compassion, empathy and support amongst staff are always there, not just for the families we serve, but for each other.”
Lamb & Hayward are locally owned and operated which Sharyn believes is the magic that integrates the company so well into the community. “They are not trying to meet corporate objectives, the focus is being a part of the community family, understanding local needs, understanding what we as a community have been through”.
