A natural empathy for people is what gave Wayne the ‘calling’ to become a funeral director. With a background of working for large companies like NZ Post and CocaCola he finds it easy to engage with people and build relationships.
“Putting others first, giving and helping is part of who I am. It is extremely fulfilling devoting myself to meeting families and following through from start to finish with the satisfaction of doing the job well.” Wayne finds meeting people of different nationalities and religious backgrounds particularly enriching in his vocational experience.
