Alexander “John” John Willis

On October 7, 2026, peacefully at Christchurch Hospital, surrounded by his amazing and loving family. Dearly loved soulmate of Ruth, dearly loved Dad and father-in-law of David (deceased) and Lynda, Robin and Helen, Juliet and Karini, much loved Grandad of Emily, Maysie, Rory: Harriet, Lucy; Tamati, Nukumai and Haylie, and John, loved Great-Grandad of Te Hoera, Anahera, Te Paea, and Te Akau. A loved brother, brother-in-law, and uncle of the Willis, and Rountree families. Special thanks to the amazing staff of Ward 17, Parkside, Christchurch Hospital, for their care of John.
