We can’t thank Lamb and Hayward enough. Right from the first contact, we were put at ease. It’s a very confusing time and the team made it as easy as possible. Excellent communication throughout. Right from the beginning with our funeral director Anne. Then to our wonderful celebrant Justine, through to our last point of contact, Amanda. Our mother was treated with grace and respect as were we. Very professional and empathetic.

Every person whom I had contact with at Lamb and Haywood were beyond professional. They were genuinely caring, empathetic and kind. What I would have expected to be one of the hardest part of losing a loved one, was made, almost easy. Stephen Parkyn especially, took on a personal role to help me through a very painful time. I will be eternally great full. I would recommend the services of Lamb and Haywood, without a doubt.

From the 1st day we contacted Lamb & Hayward to the day of my Dad’s funeral. They were compassionate, caring, and professional. They took the time to understand our needs and guided us through a difficult time to provide a funeral that Dad would have loved.
