Obituary

Anna passed away peacefully at home as she wished, surrounded by her beautiful family. Richard, Samantha, and Emma, welcome you to a celebration of Anna’s life at Oaklands, corner Halswell Junction and Wigram Roads, Halswell, on Saturday, August 22 at 2.30pm. Please come dressed in beautiful colours because Anna’s life was a kaleidoscope of colour! Messages may be sent to: The family of the late Anna Swain, c/- PO Box 39001, Christchurch 8545. In lieu of flowers, Anna requested donations be made to Motor Neurone Disease NZ at mnd.org.nz/get-involved.

Richard, and family - I am saddened to hear to hear about the loss of your beautiful wife, and mother. I don't think I ever met Anna, but I know the love that you hold for her Richard. I am sorry I couldn't be there Saturday; however, we went out and won our first and last netball game for the season - I will say it was for Anna, Halswell Rugby League Social 1 team - Tarsh ALSCO
