Bevin Carleton Johnson

On May 24, 2025, passed away at Christchurch Hospital, following an accident, aged 78 years. Dearly loved husband of Diane, much loved father and father-in-law of Joanne and John, Michael and Melody, Matthew and Yo, Julian and Kristy, treasured Granddad of Ben, and Amye; Jeremy; Zara, and Asha. Special thanks to the Emergency Department and Intensive Care Unit staff at Christchurch Hospital. The funeral service for Bevin will be held in our Oaklands Chapel, corner Halswell Junction and Wigram Roads, Halswell, on Thursday, May 29, at 2.30pm, followed by a private cremation. Due to roadworks, there is no access to Wigram Road from Halswell Junction Road – access is from Dunbars Road only.
