Carolyn “Mary” Mary Berge

JP (Retired). Peacefully at home on September 13, 2026, in Rangiora, aged 76 years. Now at peace after a long and courageous battle. Dearly loved wife of Allan for 57 years. Much loved Mum of Jane and partner Brendan (Christchurch), and Stephen and partner Amanda (Lake Tekapo), and a loving Nana Mares of Paige, Chloe, James, Hudson, Harry, Fletcher, and Amelia.

A very special thank you to the many specialists, doctors, nurses, and others who have cared for and who have supported Mary during the many years that she has been unwell.  Messages may be addressed to: The family of the late Mary Berge, c/- PO Box 39001, Christchurch 8545.  In accordance with the family’s wishes, a private cremation and family farewell will be held.
