Charles Ronald Smith

On Sunday, March 8, 2026, passed away peacefully in his sleep in Christchurch. Dearly loved husband of Winsome for 70 years. Much loved father and father-in-law of Brigitte and Steve, Mark, Brent and Cath, and Grant and Sonja. Cherished grandfather and great-grandfather of his 12 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren. The funeral service for Ron will be held at Chapel St Centre, Christchurch North Methodist Parish, 68 Harewood Road, Papanui, on Monday, March 16, at 11:00am, followed by private cremation.
