Gordon William Spence

On Monday, September 8, 2025, peacefully at Banbury Park, aged 88 years.  Devoted husband of the late Helen, devoted and cherished father of Andrew, and Catherine, loved brother of Malcolm, a loved uncle to Annabelle, and Robert, and a loved great-uncle.  Messages may be addressed to:  The family of the late Gordon Spence, c/- PO Box 39001, Christchurch 8545.  Gordon was a chairman of Trade Aid.  Donations to The Salvation Army would be appreciated, and may be made online at salvationarmy.org.nz.  The funeral service to celebrate Gordon’s life will be held at Westpark, 467 Wairakei Road, Burnside, on Wednesday, September 17, at 10.00am, private cremation to follow.
