Obituary

On Tuesday, July 28, 2026, peacefully at Nurse Maude Hospice, aged 76 years. Dearly loved wife of Maurice, loved mother of Michelle (deceased), and Jeff, and a loved Nana to all her grandchildren. A special thanks to the staff of the Oncology Department at Christchurch Hospital and Nurse Maude for their care of Janice. Messages may be addressed to: The family of the late Janice Busbridge, c/- PO Box 39001, Christchurch 8545. In accordance with Janice’s wishes, a private burial will be held.

  1. Dear Maurice and family Janice was such a great friend and we all shared wonderful times together . She was a wonderful mother and devoted grandmother. Rob and I are thinking of you and sending you our love and sympathy. I am so sorry we are unable to drive up for her graveside service on Monday, thank you for inviting us.
