Margaret Anne "Mick" Pirrett

On Friday, August 21, 2026, peacefully in Christchurch with her nieces by her side, aged 85 years. Loved wife of the late Murray, loved sister and sister-in-law of the late Angela and Ellis Shier, party aunt of Nic, Peter, Kate, and Wyn, and great-aunty Mickey to Lucy. Loved and proud cousin of Tom (Bomb) Brooking and adoring godmother to Penny Hall, Ruth Maffey, and James Withnall. Thank you to the amazing staff at Summerset on Cavendish who cared for Margaret over the last three years.
