Valerie “Val Congdon

 Passed away peacefully at Lady Wigram Retirement Village on Sunday, August 16, 2026, aged 93 years. Loved mother and mother-in-law of Jan and Michael, John and Kwan, and Jacqueline and Peter. Loved Nan of Leighton, Jordan, Nicholas, Carmen, Rainbow, and Heath, and their respective partners. Loved sister of Hassanah, Victor, and Glen, and the late Marie, June, and Gay. Loved aunt to her nieces and nephew, and loved friend of her many friends. Many thanks to Eleanor Burke and to the staff at Lady Wigram for all their care and support of Val and her family.
