Obituary

On Saturday, July 26, 2025, peacefully, aged 80 years. Much loved wife of Jeffery, loved mother and mother-in-law of Kimamanda, Paul and Emma, Steven and Naoko, adored Grandma of Dale; Olivia and Amelia; James and Sakura. Messages may be addressed to: The family of the late Wendy Munro, c/- PO Box 39001, Christchurch 8545. A funeral service for Wendy will be held at Westpark, 467 Wairakei Road, Burnside, on Monday, August 4, at 2.00pm. Private cremation to follow.

  1. Wendy was always so positive about her health issues and so cheerful when I was at the house doing my service for her and Jeff. She really tried to put her health issues to one side and get on with life. My condolences to you Jeff, and all your family. Wendy always asked after Janet and was interested in her health issues. Another lovely aspect of Wendy remembered. David & Janet McGimpsey.
