Visual Presentations
A visual presentation at a funeral often means a carefully chosen sequence of photographs set to music â and it’s one of the most powerful things you can add to a service. It gives everyone in the room a window into a life: from childhood through to work, relationships, adventures, and life’s beautiful, ordinary moments. Â
Such presentations can prompt laughter, recognition, and tears as attendees revisit treasured memories. We work alongside families to produce all our presentations in-house, and the quality of that work matters to us.
Photo Slideshows
We create photo slideshows that can be shown at any of our venues or at other locations with suitable audiovisual equipment.
The slideshow can run before the service as guests are seated, during the service as part of a tribute, or both. It is accompanied by music of your choice.
Here are some guidelines on submitting photos:Â
â We recommend up to 70 photos for a slideshow of around 7 minutes
â We can include additional photos beyond the initial 70, but these incur an extra charge
â Please select and sequence your photos before submitting them; let us know if you want to open and close with specific images
â You can submit photos digitally by email or USB. Please ensure they are in JPEG or PNG format
â You can also provide printed photographs, which we’ll scan for you
â Photographing printed photos with your phone can affect the quality of the slideshow. Scanned originals or digital files usually give better results
â You can provide music on a CD or USB. Or we can source your chosen tracks digitally
Please note that photos must be with us at least two business days before the service. Your funeral director will confirm the exact deadline.
Recording the Service
We can arrange for a professional videographer to record the funeral service, if you wish. This gives you a recording of the service that you can share with family and friends.
A recording can be particularly valuable for family and friends who are overseas, unwell, or otherwise unable to attend.
Itâs Your Choice
Our flexible funeral options allow you to create a farewell that reflects your loved one’s unique character â in whatever way feels right for your family.
