On June 28, 2025, peacefully at Christchurch Hospital, with family and his close friends by his side, aged 46 years. Dearly loved son of Heather, cherished son of Barry, and stepson of Annie, adored brother of Nigel, and Dayna, brother-in-law of Sarah, and Duncan, fun loving uncle of Lucas, Ryan, Ella, and Braxton, a devoted and loved nephew and friend. Many thanks to all the health professionals who supported Andrew and his family through his journey.
