What is our complaints process?

  • Once we have received your complaint, we will contact you within three working days.
  • We will always take the time to understand your complaint, and resolve your complaint by doing our best to put it right.
  • As a proud Canterbury owned business we endorse and recognise all rights of the consumer under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
