On Wednesday, March 11, 2026, peacefully aged 78 years. A memorial service to celebrate Barrie’s life will be held at the Christchurch Football Club, 250 Westminster Street, Mairehau (Christchurch Park), on Sunday,April 12, at 1.30pm.
