On October 8, 2023, peacefully at Christchurch Hospital, aged 52 years. Beloved son of Teresa and the late Bill, dearly loved brother of Sophia (Zosia), loved uncle of Olivia, loved nephew of Hugh. Much loved honorary brother of Kelly. A special thanks to the staff of House Four at Brackenridge, and especially to Teresa, Lili, and Daniel for their amazing care of Chris (CJ). Thank you to the ICU staff at Christchurch hospital.

A Requiem Mass will be celebrated in Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 70 Spencer Street, Addington, tomorrow (Thursday) at 10.00am, interment thereafter at Avonhead Memorial Cemetery, at 12.30pm. The recitation of the Rosary will be held in the Church this day (Wednesday) at 6.00pm.
