(Retired NZ Police Officer) On Thursday, March 19, 2026, peacefully at Christchurch Hospital, aged 91 years. Dearly loved husband of the late Alma for 69 years, and loving father and father-in-law of Tracey and Andrew, Jason and Tina, and Quentin and Leti. Greatly loved Grandad of Holly, Sasha, Aidan, and Hannah. Dearly loved brother of Neiel, and Stan, and Owen (both deceased). A special thanks to the doctors, nurses and staff of Christchurch Hospital for their care of Colin.
