Passed away peacefully at Christchurch Hospital, on December 18, 2022, in his 91st year. Beloved husband of Pam (of Charles Upham Village, Rangiora), loved father and father-in-law of Ken and Fiona, grandad of Ashleigh, and Jared, loved son of the late Johannes and Willemina, loved brother of Mies, the late Rochus, Stein, Jan, Rein, and brother-in-law of Eef  (all from the Netherlands), and brother-in-law of Ken Slade.
