On November 24, 2025, passed away peacefully at Christchurch Hospital, aged 84 years, with his wife Melanie by his side. Devoted husband of Melanie, loving father and father-in-law of Vanessa and Andrew LeBeau, Angela, and the late Melinda and Katrina, grandfather, and great-grandfather. A Requiem Mass will be celebrated in St Mary’s Pro Cathedral, 373 Manchester Street, Christchurch Central City, on Monday, December 1, at 10.30am. The recitation of the Rosary will be held in St Gregory’s Catholic Church, on Sunday November 30, at 6.30pm.
