On July 29, 2024, peacefully at Christchurch Hospital, surrounded by his family, aged 82 years.  Dearly loved husband of the late Maureen, adored and cherished father and father-in-law of Steve and Zara, treasured special Grandad of Jake, Nick and Paige. Also loved father and father-in-law of John: and Adie and John, and Grandad of Bodie and Kelly: and Liam, and a special brother, brother-in-law and uncle.  Special thanks to the staff at Ward 10 Christchurch Hospital, and to all those who have provided care and support to Dave and his family.  Messages may be addressed to: The family of the late David Roberts, c/- PO Box 39001, Christchurch 8545.  A service to celebrate Dave’s life will be held in our Westpark Chapel, 467 Wairakei Road, Burnside, on Monday, August 5 at 10.00am, followed by interment at Avonhead Memorial Cemetery.
