On Sunday, August 3, 2025, at home unexpectedly, but peacefully, aged 58 years. Loved partner and best mate of Diann and her family, brother of Stephen, Thomas, Janine, and their families, will be sadly missed by colleagues and friends. A big thank you to all the people who helped and supported Dean since his traumatic brain injury. The funeral service in celebration of Dean’s life will be held at Halswell Rugby League clubrooms, Halswell Domain, on Thursday, August 14, at 10.30am.

A memorial get-together will be held at his home in Queenstown, on Tuesday, August 19, from 10.00am.
