On May 3, 2024, passed peacefully at Christchurch Hospital with family at his side, aged 83 years. Dearly loved and devoted husband of Iris for 60 years. Dearly loved father and father-in-law of Carolyn and Ian, Gary and Robin, Joanne and Jimmy, cherished Granddad of Charlie, Saskia, Leah, Lorelei, Amy, and Tavish. Loved brother and brother-in-law of Gavin and Denise, and the late Crawford and Alva. Loved brother-in-law of Marjory, Eric, and the late Ralph, and a loved uncle of all his nieces and nephews. The service to celebrate Earle’s life will be held in our Westpark Chapel, 467 Wairakei Road, Burnside, on Friday, May 10 at 2.00pm, followed by a private cremation.
