On April 27, 2024, peacefully after a courageous battle, aged 72 years. He will be dearly missed by his wife Jill, and his family Emma and Chris, Katy and Matt, and his beloved grandchildren, Jess, Harrison, Alice, and Abby. As Ernie would say, “You count your age by friends not years, and count your life by smiles not tears”.
