I have fond memories of Ewie and all the family from my time spent in Alexandra in the 90's, especially during the time I boarded with you. I have never forgotten the kindness and help that you both offered me during that time. Ewie was a gentle giant with a heart of gold and he will always have a special place in my heart. I can't be with you today but will be thinking of you Annette, Lisa, Mark, Adam and sending you all love and hugs from afar.

To Annette and family, Our sincere sympathy to you at this sad time. I have fond memories of Gavin and I visiting the farm with mum and dad and nagging poor Ewan to catch the horse so we could have a ride. When he finally caught it he patiently led the horse round the paddock so we could ride safely. Unfortunately we are unable to attend the funeral on Saturday but will live-stream it. A friend first, an insurance advisor second. Ewan has been part of my life for such a long time. He always made me feel valued and I trusted him, he was a great friend. My heartfelt condolences to Annette and the family. Thinking of you all at this time.
