On February 1, 2026, peacefully at Christchurch Hospital, in his 99th year. Dearly loved husband of Shirley for 74 years, much loved father and father-in-law of Rodger and Lisa, Laura and Bill, Susan and Kevin, Margaret and Philip, and Judith. Cherished Grandad and Great-Granddad.

A private cremation has been held. A memorial service to celebrate Frank’s life will be held at Wai-mana, 92 Kippenberger Avenue, Rangiora, on March 11, at 2.30pm.
