On October 14, 2023, at Summerset at Wigram, aged 86 years.  Dearly loved husband of the late Merrilyn Hight, loved brother and brother-in-law of Alisoun Butt, Judy (deceased) and Peter Blanchard, Rodger and Margaret Hight, Lorna Leonard, Gray and Lyn Leonard, and loved uncle of all his nieces and nephews.  Messages may be addressed to The Family of the late George Hight, c/- PO Box 39001, Christchurch 8545.  A Service to Celebrate Sandy’s life will be held in St Andrew’s College Centennial Chapel, Normans Road, Strowan, on Tuesday, October 24, at 11.00am.  Private cremation thereafter.
