It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Jane, who left us on August 13, 2025, at the age of 75.  Jane is lovingly remembered by her family of whom she was so proud, her husband Stewart, for over 50 years, her daughter Katy, son-in-law Richard, her treasured grandchildren Cormack, and Raffaela, and her sisters Susan, and the late Elizabeth. Jane had a beautiful kind heart that she generously shared with her family and friends, and who helped educate hundreds of children during her teaching career. Jane loved animals, in particular her cats, that were significant companions over the years.

A service to celebrate Jane’s life will be held at Westpark, 467 Wairakei Road, Burnside, on Monday, August 18, at 10.00am, private cremation to follow.  All who knew Jane and loved her are welcome to attend.
