On July 8, 2025, Joan passed away peacefully at Elmswood Care Centre, aged 93 years.  Dearly loved wife of the late Jack,
much loved mother and mother-in-law of Warren and Sheryl, Lynda and Ivan Steele, and Malcolm and Rochelle. Treasured Nana to Jason, Scott and Maddy;  Kieran and Menna, Adam, Jess and Hamish, and Elliot; Jack, and Esther, also loved by Sheryl and Rochelle’s children, loved Great-Nana to Ella, and Harper; Hugo, and Ted.
