Peacefully at Christchurch Hospital with his family beside him, on Friday, September 29, 2023, in his 86^th year. Dearly loved husband of Judith, much loved father and father-in-law of Andrea and Greg Hills, Sally and Gary Baker, Roger and Tracey, Kim and Geoff Bain, and Louise and Simon Wright, and adored grandfather (Pop) of his 15 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Grateful thanks to the caring staff at Christchurch Hospital during this last week, and also to the Corsair Wing at Lady Wigram for all their care and support.
