On January 24, 2023, at Lady Wigram Retirement Village, after a long, brave battle, in his 83rd year. Loving husband of Janice, much loved father of Felicity and partner Julian, and the late Andrew, dearly loved grandad of Bridget, and Megan. Loved and loving brother and brother-in-law of Ellen and Jack Smith (deceased), Joan and Tony Fitzgerald (both deceased), Bev and Alan Eathorne (both deceased), Marie Huston (deceased), Marg (deceased) and Avon Hyde, and much loved brother-in-law of Pam and Graeme Aldridge, Barbara Milner, Rodger and Lois Chapman. Loving uncle to all his nephews and nieces.
