On October 24, 2025, at Christchurch, aged 75 years. Linda was the dearly loved wife of Paul Edward Philip Scott for 55 years, and the daughter of the late Bob and Margaret McKellow. She was the loved mother and mother-in-law of Elizabeth and Nick Podivinsky, and Andrew and Rocio Scott (Tokyo).  She was also a loving grandmother to Koyuki, Yukina, Sophia, and Hana, all of Japan.  Linda was much loved and respected by Chiharu and the extended Nyumura, Uchiyama, Iwashima and Kawakubo families, and Hatsuki and the Izuma family (all of Japan).
