Im saddened to hear of maurices death, Mr Lees as ive always known him as. Ive known him since I was 4 years old and moved into niven st and became friends with his daughter. He was a funny and very patient man, especially with us when we were all teenagers, and probably annoying ones at that lol. I remember we tricked him one day when he returned home from work and we threw glitter all over him......and he laughed! OMG anyone else wouldve been angry. He was always kidding me and telling me jokes. One I remember is, "if you can answer this correctly, ill give you a buck" I answered it correctly and he preceded to get on all fours and said "hop on ill geve you that buck". My condolences to audrey mrs Lees as ive always called her. They were a fantastic couple to know and im glad i got to spend alot of my childhood with this family RIP Maurice
