On December 18, 2023, died peacefully at home with Ruth by his side, aged 67 years. Dearly loved husband of Ruth, much loved father and father-in-law of Susan and Joseph, Andrew (deceased), Rebecca, and Scott and Nikki, adored granddad of Hayley, Lucy, and Theo, loved son of Ivan, and Joyce, special brother of Bruce, Alan, Garry, and Lynne-Marie, loved by all the members of his extended family and the many children fostered by Neil and Ruth over the years. The family wish to sincerely thank all those who have loved, supported and prayed for Neil over the past three years.
