On October 19, 2025, died peacefully at home, in the loving arms of his wife, accompanied by close friends, courageous in the face of inevitability, aged 66 years. Treasured husband of Nicola, beloved father of Ella, Bede, and Lily, and their partners, loved son of the late John and Annie (Nan), loved brother and brother-in-law of Anne-Maree and Hugh O’Reilly, Christopher, Stephen and Annette, David (deceased) and Jeanne McEwen, Blaise and Sharyn, Elizabeth, Andrew and Karilyn, and Heather and Wayne Stockdale. Loved son-in-law of Bruce (deceased) and Meg Millar, special brother-in-law of Lisa Millar, and Paulina Koopen, and a dear uncle of all his nieces and nephews.
