Peacefully passed away on June 24, 2025, at Merivale Village Lifecare Home, after a short illness. Son of the late John Raymond Johnston, and the late Esma Eva May Johnston. Loved brother and brother-in-law of Noel (deceased) and Carolyn, Gary (deceased) and Paula, Lorraine and Gary (Masterton), and Peter and Julie, also a loved uncle to all his nieces and nephews and their families. A celebration of Ross’ life will be held at AvonPark, 2 Kerrs Road, Linwood, on Tuesday, July 1, at 10.30am, followed by a burial at Memorial Park Cemetery.
