Passed peacefully at Christchurch Hospital, surrounded by the love of her family, on May 21, 2023, aged 92 years. Loved wife of the late Peter, loved Mum and Mother-in-law of Julie and Michael, Susan and Phil, treasured Grandma of Sarah, the late Michael, Katie and Hamish, Christine and Shane, Andrew, and Alex, and a Great-grandmother, loved Aunty, and special friend. Heartfelt thanks to the staff at Elmswood Retirement Village, and the staff at Christchurch Hospital (Ward A5). A Service to Celebrate Shona’s life will be held in our Westpark Chapel, 467 Wairakei Road, Burnside, on Friday, May 26, at 10.00am. Private cremation thereafter.
