On Wednesday, September 28, 2022, peacefully at Parklands Retirement Village, aged 87 years. Loved wife of Hugh for 60 years, loved Mum and mother-in-law of Deb and Phil, Andrew and Annie, Hamish and Rachel, Grandma and Nana Val of Jack, Emma, Shannon, Renae, Yvonne, Tokoaitua, Awanui, and Kiritai. Much loved sister and friend to many. A special thanks to the staff at Parklands for their care of Valerie.
