On October 27, 2023, at Christchurch Hospital with family by his side, in his 90^th year. Dearly loved husband of the late Margaret, much loved father and father-in-law of Kevin and Anne, Garry and Tracy, Debbie and Darrell Grice.  Loved grandad of Taylor; Jesse and Emma, Mathew and Rachel, Bailey and Jordy, and Corbin; Ashleigh and Todd, and Logan and Cait, loved great-grandad of Zoe and Jonty; Cooper, Bella, and Darcy.
