Passed peacefully at Christchurch Hospital on September 1, 2022, aged 93 years. Dearly loved husband of Alison for 66 years. A much loved father and father-in-law of William and Caroline, Alex and Rosemarie, and the late Dorothy, Peter and Jane, and Helene and Andrew Blair. A treasured Opa of Nick and Sarah, and Andreas; Harry, Jack (Spain), Fred, and George; Rob and Minta (Australia), Lloyd (Germany), Alexandra and Nathan Lewis (Canada), and Ur-Opa of Harriet, and Eddington; Barrett, Madelyn, and Walker.
