Peacefully at home on August 29, 2022, aged 68 years. Dearly loved husband and best friend of Karen Hooper. A much loved father and father-in-law of Rachel and Grant Steane, and Cameron Blair. A loved and respected step-father of Rebecca and Dean Tallentire, Mike and Simone Hooper, and Dave and Nicole Hooper. A treasured and special Poppa of Jack; Grace; Madden, Sadie; Flynn, and Ashton. A dearly loved son of Athol Blair (deceased) and Jean Pavitt, and a brother and brother-in-law of Nigel and Catherine, Andrew and Sue. A treasured uncle to his nieces and nephews.
