On May 28, 2026, peacefully at Christchurch Hospital, in his 85th year. Dearly loved husband of Pam, loved father of Janet, Karen, and Paul, a devoted Granddad of William, Samuel, and Isabella, loved brother of Virginia, and uncle to many nieces and nephews.  Messages may be addressed to: The family of the late Wal Scott, c/- PO Box 39001, Christchurch 8545. A celebration of Wal’s life will be held at St Andrew’s College Centennial Chapel, 347 Papanui Road, Strowan, on June 12, at 2.30pm.
