8 December 1946 – 2 September 2022:
Passed away peacefully at Elmswood Care Facility. Beloved wife of Gary, mum of Michael, Rachel and Martin Hickey, Quinn and Cheryl, awesome nanny of Josh and Brittany, Matt and Merran, Emilee and Trent, Josh, Corey and Candy, Leiam, and Linkin, and great-grandmother of Bentley. Loved daughter of the late Ron and Mabel Smith. Special thanks to Dean Harris, and Catherine Smith, at Christchurch Hospital Oncology, the amazing Amuri District Nurses for their support, and Elmswood Care Facility.
