Max was such an enjoyable man to be around - for all generations. My father John fondly remembers in early days Max and Peter Rudkin flatted just down the street from him + Janet on Andover St. There was also a period of time during our ski days when dad says he spent quite a bit of time with Max related to the ski industry and he has fond memories of those times. Max, we have had so much fun with you particularly in Wanaka/Cardrona skiing down the corduroy, drinks, dinners - there was never ever a shortage of conversation and we had so many laughs. It has been an honour to know you and having you as our friend. You can be sure we will have some ski runs for you, we miss you already. All our love, Linda & Warren xx
