On Saturday, January 14, 2023, unexpectedly after a medical event in Kaikoura, aged 62 years, with dearly loved wife Phillipa at his side. Cherished father and father-in-law to Kelly and Ben, and Jordan and Sophie. Besotted Grandad to Hugo, and Cooper. Brother and brother-in-law to Nadine and Barry, and Bruce. Loved uncle to his nieces and nephews. Special thanks to the emergency services in Kaikoura, and medical team at Christchurch Hospital for the care and kindness shown to Rob.
