On Saturday, February 3, 2024, peacefully at home surrounded by the love of his family. Heaven got another angel, albeit with singed wings. No promises, no regrets he said, but 40 plus years of love, adventures, laughter, and challenges; cherished best friend and adored husband of Jenny, much loved Dad of Sam and Emma, Carole and Pete, and Dave and Sarah, cherished Poppa of Isla, Theo, and Hazel; Renee, Aimee, and Chloe; and Thea. Dearly loved eldest son of the late Mavis and big brother of Trevor and Deb, and Karen Dougherty, loved brother in law of Phillippa and Alister (deceased), Sally, and Denyse, a loved uncle and cousin.
