On May 3, 2024, Blakey passed away at the Manly Adolescent and Young Adult Hospice, Sydney, Australia, aged 22 years. Much loved son of Penny and Charles, and Brett and Jemma, loved brother and brother-in-law of Dylan and Mia, Alex, Jack, Lilly, Cole, and Archie, and Blake’s “person” Jasmine. The service to celebrate Blake’s life will be held in our Oaklands Chapel, corner Halswell Junction and Wigram Roads, Halswell, on Thursday, May 16 at 2.30pm, followed by a private cremation.
