On July 25, 2023, passed away peacefully at Burwood Hospital, comforted by his children, aged 72 years. David has joined his beloved soulmate and wife Vivienne, loved father and father-in-law of Stephen and Tanya, and Helene and Kent, cherished grandad of Amy, and Jacob, and great-grandad of Navin, and Opal.  Loved brother of Michael and Geoffrey.
